This is a great hotel with a fantastic location. This hotel is centrally situated with easy access to the T, Prudential Centre, Hynes Convention Centre. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping in the adjacent centers as well as being easy walking distance to Newbury Street.

The rooms are comfortable and clean and constitute good value. If there is one drawback for thsi hotel is that the lounge area is alongside a very busy access route to a shopping centre so it tends to be noise. As the hotel offer free wi-fi in the lounge it is also very busy.

All this said it is a great place to stay!

Room Tip: Get high floor as the views are fantastic!

The location of the Marriott Copley Place can't be beat when you consider everything else they have to offer.

While some hotels may have the location but lack something else, the Marriott Copley gives you cleanliness, an excellent restaurant and a friendly staff on top of convenience to main streets like Newbury and Boyleston.

The staff is very friendly and helpful- I had an issue with my key and dealt with security (a very nice woman) and was later given a giftcard for Starbucks for the inconvenience and the maid was very friendly as well. The bellhops and guys outside by the valet also make getting a taxi super easy!

The restaurant has a breakfast buffet and full menu for the mornings and a great lunch/dinner/late night option as well. The walls and bar are covered in flat screen TVs, making it easy to watch whatever games are on that night.

I would highly recommend staying here- my only complaint is the bathroom door which slides instead of opens, so that says something about the quality youre getting by booking here.

Great location, modern room and solid value. Service was all-around attentive and friendly. Stayed on the 35th floor, which had a nice view. The bathroom was clean, the room interior was modern and renovated, and the bed was comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep. A very good choice, whether it be for work or leisure. I'd certainly stay here again.

This hotel has an amazing location in the city of boston- short walk to Fenway park, as well as a short cab ride from the airport. We had a great room on the 30th floor harbor view. The staff really went above and beyond for anything we asked. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, and the staff there is amazing as well!!

I live outside of Boston and went to spend one evening in town with friends. We initially chose the Marriott Copley because the price ($100 less than others in area) and location were right. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk must have overheard it was my birthday. Later that night, we found an envelope under our door with a voucher for breakfast for us the next day with a hand-written note. Just a lovely gesture.

The recent renovation really gave the hotel a much-needed facelift, and I found the entire place to be utterly clean and well kept.

The waitstaff in Champions (breakfast the next morning) was helpful and professional.

All around solid hotel choice in Boston, and I've stayed at the Taj, Westin, Park Plaza, and Fairmont before. None of those 3 had comparable service to the Marriott.

Room Tip: Higher floor, corner room is a bigger room.

We belong to the Marriott rewards program. When checking in, I asked if they had a view room. We were given the top floor, the 38th, with a view of Boston Harbor and city in between! Very nice room with a comfy bed, flat sceen tv, fridge, and desk. Excellent location in Copley Place, close to the subway, and shopping and dining.
The service from the front desk and consierge was great! Very helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: If you don't mind heights, ask for a view room!

We were there for the World Irish Dance Competition in March. The hotel is a typical Marriot hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful except for the check-in process. The woman that was handling the Marriott Elite desk was very inflexible. As a gold status member, I simply asked for a higher floor with access to the concierge floor. She kept telling me that since I booked with a group that I had to have a room in the blocked floors. This went around and around for about 15 minutes until I asked for a manager. He was able to honor my simple request and even upgraded my room the next day for the remainder of our stay.

Room Tip: Request a high room with a view of the river...
