I was blown away by the vast but very good collection of art, ranging from ancient Egyptian, Babylonian and Greek to contemporary painting and sculpture. The museum house some major works by Singer Sargeant and Winslow Homer as well. Be prepared to spend a day and they have good cafe and restaurants inside. The best part is an admission allows you to return within a few days to see more art. One of the best art museums I have seen in North America.

We have been members of the MFA for several years and never tire of visiting. The special exhibits and regular exhibits are always top drawer. The store and restaurants are great as well

We think that the MFA is one of the best museums in America and know the collections very well. We are donors of art here and think the staff is terrific
