First-rate, world-class. I just love the MFA. I always hit the new contemporary wing, Impressionists, and my fave, the Arts and Crafts area, which has some seriously swoon-worthy stained glass.

The MFA is a classic Boston institution, with a superb collection of Impressionist paintings as well as fine examples of painting, photography, furniture and ceramics. It recently added a wing for modern art that's architecturally attractive but a bit thin in term so the collection. There's almost always an interesting special exhibit, and the building itself is worth the visit
