Went to see a concert here. Typical concert experience (quick security lines, staffed helped you to your seats, overpriced food/drinks), but the location was convenient to get to with the T station right underneath the arena (north station).

Seating is comfortable, easy access from the T and good selection of vendors. Tickets to events are never cheap, but security checks are quick.

We saw the Celtics in action against the Wizards (overtime win for the home team!!) and loved every minute of it. We only paid about $60 for the seats and were seated pretty high up but it was a great atmosphere and a perfect view! It doesn't seem worth it to pay twice as much to sit a few feet closer; after all, those basketball players are big guys!

The venue was well organized and we didn't have to wait to get in or out of the stadium. Well connected by public transport. The prices at the concession stands are very high, but at least there is a good variety of drinks/food.

Went to see a Rock act. It was our first time. We were in the 'nose bleed' seats. The view was quite good despite how far away we were from the bands. It appeared that all the seats gave you a good view(unlike the old Garden). The acoustics, at least where we were located in section 12 up high were muddy and below average listening. The seats were almost unmanageable. There is practically no leg room for an adult and i`m 5' 9". The rows are extremely STEEP and dangerous to navigate. Air circulation could be improved. Many venues of over priced beer and fair food and a lot of bathrooms. I`m not sure that I would go there again.

Great venue, very well kept. Friendly staff. Above average food. Prices are high in the gift shop, and parking is also pretty expensive.
