It's fun to walk through Faneuil at lunch time - all the vendors are handing out samples so you can pretty much have a full lunch by walking from one end to the other. It's a great way to try out different types of food without committing at once. There are so awesome eateries here. Check it out.

Was able to attend for the annual tree lighting. Such a wonderful night! Where else can you see a 85 foot tree that every 1/2 hour shines its lights to music!

The atmosphere is just great and with plenty of shopping and restaurant options you cannot go wrong.

We had dinner as we had three teenagers with us at the nearby Hard Rock Cafe....highly recommended.

In the Summer time be sure to visit and see the street performers that are performing.

VIsited with my brother and our two teenaged kids. The kids had a blast, walking around checking out all the shops and eateries. My brother and I had coffee and sat and watched all the people and street performers. A must if you are a first time visitor to Boston.

Great market place, something for everyone. The food area is fantastic. Try the chowda, really good stuff. Even the BBQ place is decent. We were there for the Christmas tree lighting, what a great experience. That tree is the size of a building!

The city has done a really nice job decorating the trees for the holidays and putting one Christmas tree to music with all the lights flashing it looks great when it gets dark. The kids loved it, plus all the stores and restaurants are open, plus the 50% off booth is there as well as the free National Park tours during the day. Great way to spend several hours at the end of the day.
