We took the tour that started at the Aquarium and were lucky enough to get Dr. Q as our guide. He was lively, funny, informative and made the tour very enjoyable. For people visiting Boston for the first time this is a great way to see the city and learn a little along the way.

I've lived in Boston for 40 years and never had the chance to see it from this perspective. Family coming into town for a visit suggested we take a Duck Tour and I reluctantly agreed. I was totally surprised by how enjoyable it was. Not only was our pilot/guide, Ally Oops, personable and fun, she also had a wealth of facts about the places we viewed. There were fun facts I never knew combined with history. And it seems against the laws of physics that a large steel tank can float in the water, but we glided into the Charles River as gracefully as water fowl. It was wonderful looking at my Boston from the river. Next time friends or family come visit, I'll be happy to take them on another Duck Tour.

Thanks for taking the time to review BDT! I love that we surprised you with the wealth of information provided. Guests from this area often comment how they are more than pleasantly surprised with the tour. Most locals assume it is only for tourists. After they take the tour they become repeat riders. Each ConDUCKtor has a different persona and delivery so it is a different tour each time. Thanks again for the 5 star review.

We caught the tour at the New England Aquarium location and bought the tickets at Fanueil Hall. These people were organized so everyone boarded in the order they arrived unlike the experience of another poster.

We had Professor Quackenstein as our conducktor. He does have a bit of a strange sense of humour but after awhile, you are just swept up into his bad/funny jokes. He gave us a great history of the places that we passed so it was also an informative tour.

Once we got in the water, he let the kids 'steer' the boat and it was a great thrill for our nephew. He also received some souvenir stickers.

It was funny that every now and then, people in the street would quack at us.
