“Very nice aquarium”
Reviewed November 14, 2013 via mobile

This aquarium had a good penguin and seal and sea lion exhibit. The jellyfish were also very good. Expensive for what you get. Great location on the harbor.

“Not to be missed”
Reviewed November 14, 2013

I love this aquarium very much. We have to go there every time we are in Boston. They have excellent collection to show with changing and updating shows. We like the penguins in particular

“Sea For Yourself”
Reviewed November 13, 2013

This is a great place to take the whole family, young and old, especially if you are interested in nature and sea creatures. The aquarium was recently refurbished and now everything is in great shape. The huge center cylindrical tank is fantastically set out over three stories. You can view it from the top and then along a descending walkway so that you can view all levels of the main tank watching the fish at all levels. Lots of smaller aquariums are in and around the main tank. There are also seals and penguins that you can watch cavort around and play. You can purchase tickets on line and avoid being jammed up at the ticket counters in the entryway. Also greater Boston has a combo ticket that you can get at a discount that affords you access to the aquarium as well as other museum venues in the Boston area. Don't miss the aquarium if you in Boston ...especially if you are with kids who are budding ichthyologists.

One of the best venues around Boston. Love the giant fish tank. The place have transformed a lot in the past 10 years since I last visit.

“A unique experience”
Reviewed November 11, 2013

We enjoy visiting aquariums all over the country. The spiral walk around the center taank is amazing. We were there just as divers starting feeding the fish. Ticklets were a bit pricey, though, for a two hour visit.
