“Small but Fun”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

This was a smaller aquarium than some others I have been to in larger cities. We brought our 2 year old son, and it took us about an hour to go through everything. He did like the area where he was able to touch some animals, but the novelty of the place wore off after about 20 minutes. There are some great fish, and the place is very clean. However, I think there are more interactive aquariums out there for people to visit.

“Worth the trip, but time visit”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

This is a very attractive aquarium with a lot of neat exhhibits. The penguins are great! IMAX 3-D movies were great, though be warned, even this theater closes at 7PM. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. However, it is not designed in a manner to accomodate large crowds. Go at off times and on off days for a positive experience. I cannot imagine this being fun on a packed weekend day. Should take about half a day. There are whale watching tours, speedboat rides next door and much shopping one block away, with a food court that is enormous!! Food court is high priced and has very little seating though.

“Great for Kids”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

This was just the right size and enough hands on to entrance my grandchild. She kept wanting to touch the rays and watch the jelly fish. On a crowded Sunday she could get to see and do a lot.
Afterwards the area offered so much more to do. When in Boston with kids, add this to your list of things not to miss.

“My preferred tank”
Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

Imagine a gigantic tank with 2000 fishes. Arrive early and you will have the pleasure to visit the aquarium without the crow.
Very well located on the harbor. Giftshop sells nice souvenir.

“Undoubtedly one of the best Aquariums”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

This is a phenomenal aquarium. Popular, reasonably priced. could spend 4-6 hours without getting bored. In fact lot of interesting exhibits, information sessions. All in all an enriching experience. The only part that I would watch out for is the parking- no one should be made to pay 35$ for parking, do ur shopping on parking lots or take public transport
