This was a nice surprise to find in the heart of the city. Nicely laid out. Lovely gardens. Several statues and overall very pretty. . Lots of fabulous old trees and a great variety. Some were a bit damaged by vandalism but most were just fine. Not enough places to sit. There should be benches everywhere. One odd thing I noticed. The fountains didn't have the proper amount of water. If this was a cost cutting measure then shame on them! It just made the fountains look bad for no reason.

Beautiful place to visit if you are in Boston. Loved the landscape. There are places to sit and enjoy the outdoors and enjoy a picnic lunch. Make sure you stop by and see the Make Way for Duckling Statues. They are so cute! If you love the outdoors check out this place.

Lots of lovely garden areas. Swan boats and people watching. There were lots of people enjoying the park but it never felt overcrowded. Definitely a place to visit, enjoyed it more than Boston Commons.

Peaceful and safe - easy to walk around and plenty of places to sit and relax - easy to travel to. Even on a hot day when I was there, plenty of shade and quiet places to relax.

My favorite place in Boston. It's a beautiful and tranquil garden. Use it to take a break from all the walking and rushing around Boston. Wish I could have spent more time here.
