“So romantic”
Reviewed November 26, 2013 via mobile

Me and my gf went here just yesterday, the lake was frozen over and it was beautiful. The squirrels are really friendly. One jumped on my leg while my gf pet it. It was a wonderful walk with really awesome willow trees. Great for people new to the area!

Reviewed November 26, 2013 via mobile

This is a great day trip! When it's warm out go see the ducklings then go to frog pond to cool off! Get lunch! Then go for a ride on the swan boats!
Kids &adults love it!

“Best of Boston on a Sunny day”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

Nothing better than a stroll through the gardens and a leisurely ride on the swan boats just steps away from Boston Commons, the state house and shopping! A Must Do!

“Make way for ducklings”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

Read the book and then go through the BostonPublic Gardens.

You 'll love the children riding on Mack, and Quack and Zack etc and Mother Duck leading the brood across Charles St on Beacon Hill(make time afterwards to stroll through thse nifty shops).
Back in the Garden, walk around, note the plantings, see the bridges, picture this in spring and summer and remember you are in the heart of the City and these little ducklings and their parents were just looking for a home.

Boston children know this story well and dress up as ducklings during the Easter holidays.

“Very nice park!”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

We strolled into the Boston Public Garden and were pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of families enjoying the park. The sites on the park are pretty neat. Park was clean and we didn't feel any threats, despite there being a lot of people.
