Chinese bakeries are so good! Give them a try if you haven't. This area is a nice change from the city center of Boston if you want something different. It can seem a little scummy, but if you get past that it could be fun to experience. I wouldn't say you could spend a day there, but part of a day is worth it to try some of the pastries, eat some food and get a bubble tea.

China town is full of Good people and Good food. It is historical and a wonder to see. The people who live their are very friendly. They are known for Great Pastry and Exotic Foods. There are many people to meet. Always some one walking by on the streets. Very Busy and Fun to explore.
Recommended 5 stars.

It was the first location I ended up in while taking a stroll down the streets. It was not impressive. Small stores, street vendors. I did not get a good feel about it. Definitely not the experience like you have in San Francisco. I was there mid-March and it was still cold outside. Maybe later inn the spring this place get livelier and more interesting.

This is nothing like NY or San Fransisco China Town. I've never been to China, but this seems more like an authentic place where the Chinese really live like they do at home. It's not touristy. The food is very different. The atmosphere is very different. It's worth a look.

Great bakeries and places to eat here. We would like to come back again next time and eat in some other places here. Highly recommend it if you're in the area for at least a quick snack!
