Owner description: This Italian neighborhood, Boston's oldest, is known for its wonderful restaurants and historic sights. Walk the cobblestone streets to take in the architecture and aromas of delicious food, and visit Paul Revere's house and the Old North Church while you're in the neighborhood.

The food is AMAZING - best food outside Italy. Neat, tidy, lots to see. Boston is altogether a fantastic city, and this is one of the best parts of it

Great Italian food!!! It is like being in Italy. So many wonderful things! You have all the Italian restaurants, pastry places, and places like the Old North Church.

“a fun trip to "Italy"”
Reviewed September 17, 2013

What a charming part of Boston. It is fun to walk by the various stores and restaurants. Food is delicious and service, depending on the place, I guess, is quite cultural and fun. Don't miss it.

“Little Italy”
Reviewed September 17, 2013

Walked around the North End and also went for dinner in one of the little restaurants one evening. Lovely atmosphere in this area. Great to just wander around. A real taste of Italy. And its amazing how you just cross the street from the Rose Kennedy Greenway and all of a sudden you step into the Italian quarter. It's like stepping over a threshold!
Just note that on a Saturday evening, the streets are quite busy outside restaurants etc so don't expect anything leisurely at this time!
