Wonderful food and a really fun staff. We usually hang out in the bar after shows and enjoy ourselves immensely.

“NICE AMBIANCE, DECENT FOOD FOR RESTAURANT WEEK”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 29, 2014

This is a tightly packed bistro with the ambiance of France. All the waiters speak French and look French. The service is amazing, with nonstop attentiveness. For restaurant week, companion had pate, I had leek and truffle quiche for apppetizers. The quiche was warm and cheesy, and the crust was not too rich. Companion liked pate. We both had hanger steak frites. The fries were piping hot, but a tad greasy and salty for my taste. Both ordered steak medium, but one came out overdone. The meat was in a strange tube shape and a tad chewy and tasted of soy sauce, but steak is steak. Came with salad, which was merely lettuce, but a very tasty vinnaigrette dressing. The bread was warm and fresh. For 20 dollars each, for restaurant week it was fine. The decor and service stood out more than the food, in this case. Wouldn't mind trying other items...

“Excellent food and ambience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 23, 2014

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here as part of the Dine Out Boston week while on holiday in the US. Very French vibe about the place, food was excellent, and the service from our French waiter Alex (who suffered our mixed French and English conversations with good grace) was second to none. If and when I come back to Boston, I'll be back.

“Authentic French brasserie”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 23, 2014

It was a full immersion experience for us in this pretty French brasserie, it felt just like we were back in France. Would you agree that Boston looks a bit like Paris? I know, it’s an arguable comparison. We were able to book our table quite easily via OpenTable mobile app, though my impression was that we would be able to get more flexibility on timing of our visit if we would simply call the restaurant. The place is busy and energetic and the staff is very efficient and very pleasant. The food is great, simple brasserie style, meaning authentically sophisticated. The wine least is voluminous with many well deserving (and carrying) higher prices. They have a beautiful website; I would recommend studying online both, menu and wine list, before your visit. And you must visit!

“Good food, disorganized service”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 18, 2014

The food was very nice, a little on the heavy side. The waiter seemed confused and a bit clumsy throughout the evening. He had to ask for our orders multiple times and poked one of the guest with a knife accidentally.
