We brought pots for our 8- and 10-year olds to use for drumming. We arrived around 6pm and had no trouble finding parking nearby ($5). Lots of people drumming and dancing from all ages and walks of life. Lots of families with young children dancing also. Some were very good drummers and some just there to participate! :) We stayed for about 30 minutes and ate at the Irish pub nearby (also very good). Would definitely recommend, especially earlier in the evening if you have younger children.

Worth going to see and experience if not once but many more. Even people who are not into drumming could appreciate how people of all walks of life come together in unity. Super cool and just makes you feel good. Lots of restaurants in the area to eat at when you are done or to sit at and listen.

Love Drum Circles and this is the Mother of Them All.... No place to be if your are afraid of street people... Lots of young homeless ladies and men around the streets... We are not uncomfortable with them as we feed the homeless in out hometown and have come to love these really beautiful people struggling most often with addictions. Don't let this deter you from joining in a great experience right out of the 60's.

Started around 5 with just a few drummers but by 6 th eplace was swarming with all kinds of drums and drummers. Lots of spectators enjoying the beat and some dancing in the park with the music. Nice outdoor, free activity.

This is a wonderful activity-whether you participate or just watch. We watched and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
