“Great trip!”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

The Wright Inn is beautiful, quiet, and in a great location. This was our first visit to Asheville, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Bob and Barbara (innkeepers and owners) were great hosts, always making sure we had everything we needed. The accomodations and breakfast were excellent.

We were visiting Asheville, NC for the first time and went to a B&B website and selected the Wright Inn and Carriage House. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the host and hostess genuinely warm and welcoming, and the breakfasts were delicious. Our hosts had lots of information about Asheville - where to go and what to see and where to eat - all great advice. We intend to visit Asheville again in the near future and have every intention of staying at the Wright Inn and Carriage House again!!

Room Tip: We were there with 2 other couples (friends) and all of our rooms were beautiful, spacious and had a...

Beautiful surroundings make this B&B a pleasure from the moment you arrive. The owners/host and hostess are wonderful, friendly, helpful folks who don't hesitate to assist you with whatever you require. The breakfasts are scrumptious. the rooms are beautifully decorated in Victorian style. I would go back again and again.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at a B&B. We stayed at the Wright Inn the first week of May 2013. Shirley the Manager was a knowledge source for all the goings on in Asheville. She gave us tips on where to eat, what to see, the route to get to where we wanted to go, even on top of the things we had on our to see list. The Southern style breakfasts were heavenly since I do not cook that way on a daily basis. Our room was exactly like the picture on their website. We stayed 4 days and each day we returned to a clean room considering we were visitors. We certainly felt like we were a part of a family during out stay. It was very interesting to meet the other guests and find out where they came from and where they were going to next. If we had stayed in a regular motel/hotel, there would have been no personal interaction with the staff at the location. Shirley was pleasant, friendly and very personalble!

Room Tip: I first went with the size of bed we required for sleeping. And the Wright Inn informed you as to wh...

We stayed 2 nights at this excellent property. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to the downtown area. The accomdations were excellent and the Innkeepers were helpful and gracious. You can't go wrong staying at the Wright Inn in Ashville...looking forward to a return visit in the fall of the years.

This is our second trip to the Wright Inn and it was still wonderful. The accommodations and the breakfast was delicious. We were so satisfied that we were not able to eat lunch. The hosts are very helpful and are always available to be of assistance. I wish we could go away to this relaxing, charming inn more often!

Room Tip: Every room I have stayed in has been wonderful!

Charming and excellent accommodations. The Inn is both close enough to downtown to be very convenient and far enough away to feel restful and secluded. Servicing of the room was exceptional. Food at breakfast was quite tasty, although it would have been nice to have a few alternatives that were less heavy in sugar and sweetness. Wonderful hosts--very helpful in providing information and insight into the area. The single seating at breakfast also afforded lively conversation with other guests. The only other modest complaint was that the AC seemed to be decreased at night and it would have been nice for sleep to either have had that or an ability to open the windows.
