Stayed at Groove Stone spring break (early April) 2018 and was pleased with the house. Very clean, well stocked and great location to enjoy all of the area activities. The house in a residential neighborhood adjacent to a local public golf course. The driveway is very steep however this is common as the area is very hilly. The kitchen had everything needed to prep meals. The rear patio area is the highlight of the house and very tranquil for reading and eating in the three season room. Bed in master was a bit soft for my liking but that is just a personal preference not a quality issue. TV had multi channel options but really did not turn it on more than twice. Washer dryer are large however recommend you run your loads right before you leave for an outing as they are loud. Area grocery stores like Aldi,Whole Foods are only a mile or two away and downtown about a 10 min drive. Area park with basketball hoops, soccer fields and nature center are close by. A great simple home for a family or couples looking for a nice getaway.
We loved the location of the house. There were mountain views, close to attractions, grocery stores and resturants. The house was very clean, quiet and we enjoyed the three seasons porch especially on the days it was in the 70s.
The location was perfect for us. We could drive downtown within a few minutes. It was clean and comfy. My husband sorta grumbled about limited TV channels, but certainly not a deal breaker! We stayed busy enjoying the local attractions during the day, but got to enjoy that awesome back porch while sipping an adult beverage in the evening. We would love to come back!
Note: TV has Netflix and other movies apps for you to watch.

The house was very clean and close to everything. So perfectly decorated. We had a great time. So nice to have a house instead of hotel room. The weather was a little colder so we didn't get to use the sun porch as much as we would have liked to . The driveway was a little steep. Overall the pros out weighed the cons.
Our reservation was fortuitous; it was made several months before hurricane Irma hit our area of Florida. The house was a perfect size for the two of us. And Louis and Ashley are ideal owners. The sunroom was an ideal spot where I spent a lot of time reading. and there is a wonderful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Restaurants and grocery stores are close and the city of Asheville is easily, and quickly accessible. Because of being old, and somewhat decrepit, we did find the driveway a little too steep for us but would not sacrifice the view for a flat driveway.
Awesome place for the money and close to everything. Blue Ridge Parkway for access to Craggy Gardens, Mt Mitchell, Chimney Rock,. Downtown Asheville and Biltmore are 10 min away. House was clean completely furnished , fenced back yard for the dogs and an awesome sun porch on the back of the house. You feel like you are sitting in the woods when out there.
