We arrived late Thursday evening and were directed to a 1st floor (basement) room. I walked in - smelled mildew and dog - and walked right back out. We were then put in a handicapped room. Complete with hand-rails, raised toilet seat, and a walk-in shower (no tub, but a shower you could roll a wheelchair into). The smell was terrible and the room was just old and dingy - but the hotel was booked up with a wedding - there was nothing we could do at 11:30pm. The next morning, we booked at a B & B for the remaining two nights and had a ball!!!
Customer service was great - but their hands were tied with the lack of vacancy. We would never stay there again nor would we recommend this hotel to anyone else. Shame on you Sheraton.More
