Check in was effortless, the staff was very pleasant. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with nice variety including biscuits, eggs, sausage, and gravy. They had more than one kind of juice also they had yogurt, fruit, breads, waffles. Couldn't ask for more. The rate was fair to the quality of the Hotel. We would gladly stay again.

Good property for the price, good location, close to town and Blue Ridge Parkway, convenient for our needs. Many of Asheville's hotels are very over-priced, especially the ones downtown. Whereas, this Best Western is in line with our budget.

This was a very clean & nice place to stay, except for the person staying in the room next to ours constantly slamming her room door so violently that our door and walls vibrated from the force. We later found out that the person was evicted from her room, but Best Western never mentioned any type of compensation for 3 nights of lost sleep!
I would recommend this motel, but do not book a room near an exit door.
The location is perfect for getting to downtown Asheville and all of the fantastic eateries and shops. The Biltmore House is only a few miles away and easy to get to.

Room Tip: Choose rooms away from entry/exit doors.

Very nice place, near downtown, Biltmore House, restaurants, and area sites. The motel was great except for the person in the room next to ours. She slammed doors and created so much noise that we (and others) could not sleep. She was told to leave if she did not stop disturbing others...and she finally did, but we were never offered any type of compensation for our inconvenience and lack of sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with our two dogs. We did have to pay a little extra for the dogs but that is to be expected. The first night we were put in a room near the steps and listened to other patrons go up and down. The next day we asked for a room away from the steps and our request was granted. Our room was clean and quiet. What more can anyone ask for. Free parking, free internet, and free breakfast. Every room has a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was pleasant and helpful. This hotel was booked solid every night that we were there. I can certainly understand why... good service, clean, with plenty of amenities. I will return.
