Was looking for a good local place to have lunch when we got into town. Found Fig Bistro and were glad we ate there. Very nice staff and great lunch. Small place but cozy and welcoming, and nice to eat as a couple. Try the craft beers. Will eat there again.

We wandered in mid week without a reservation. The location is slightly odd in a row of offices/shops and the interior forgettable. But the food was nice. Simple but tasty. My husband's duck was slightly undercooked unfortunately. It was a nice laid back experience without too much fussing.

We went for dinner after reading reviews. We went on a Thursday night and so didn't bother to ask for a reservation and had no trouble getting a table...so I didn't ask if they take reservations. We were very pleased with our food...delicious and creative cuisine...although dinner entrees just a tad on the small side...so be sure to order appetizers or salads first. They offer a very interesting menu and surely something to please everyone. The hostess and our waitress were very friendly and provided great service. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. We were able to walk there from our hotel. We ordered a very nice bottle of wine, but I didn't really notice the bar scene, cocktails, etc., nor if if they were open late night, so can't comment.

I was a little disappointed at first because we looked up the menu online and it turns out it wasn't current but we ended up having an exceptional dinner here anyways. The service was a little slow at first because it took a while for us to get a drink but after that they were very attentive. I had a really good glass of rose wine and the risotto. It was amazing! The mushrooms in the risotto were cooked in truffle oil and that gave the whole dish a lot of great flavor. My boyfriend has a delicious pork tenderloin dish. We were both very happy with the food and enjoyed the quaint atmosphere. It is a small space but very enjoyable.

For lunch we split the pommes frites. They supposedly hand cut fries, but I'm not so sure. Anyway they were seasoned with Parmesan and chives with a hint of truffle oil. They were tasty and fortunately the truffle oil didn't overpower them.

I had the duck confit salad. It was topped with a perfectly done soft boiled egg. The confit was reasonable, but the dressing added nothing to the dish. My wife had the quiche. It was thick, moist and creamy. The mushrooms and bacon were a perfect foil for the creaminess of the egg. It was excellent.
