I go to Asheville often and always stop at the mall at least once. The anchor stores cover a wide variety of the basic chains. Unlike so many malls, this one seems to be thriving with few if any empty spaces. There is a nice little playground for toddlers as well.

This mall feels huge ... but empty! We thought we'd kill some time during a rainy day but it didn't keep us occupied for long. Really kind of strange.

Asheville Mall is nice up from our hotel we were staying at .

Appears there's many updates happening to the interior floor and and lighting currently

Belks/ Dilliard/JCPenny/ Barnes and Nobles are the lead stories And there is about mid level stores

It is easy to drive to this mall. It has brand name stores but some of them don't carry as much as Hanes Mall in Winston Salem, NC That being said, it is a Mall that is not as exhausting to walk to the stores. I was surprised because for some reason I was thinking with the location it would be a large mall. I actually really enjoyed our trip because it was enjoyable without being exhausted.

Needed to pick up a book for my grandson at Barnes and Noble. I found a huge mall. There is remodeling going on but it was not a distraction. It has a very nice Belk's.
