We were three girls out to have a fun lunch. The Cantina's food was beautifully prepared and colorfully presented. There were 3 colors of chips with tomatilla dip and salsa. The fried fish tacos were very crunchy and fresh and the choice of two interesting sides was great ~ not just rice and beans. We had spicey brussel sprouts and wonderful roasted root vegetables. The local seasonal beer was great ~ we even were offered a taste before we bought. Our waiter Chris was VERY knowledgeable, helpful and solicitous. He anticipated our every need! We certainly will go back and "talk up" The Cantina. They don't take reservations, but you can call ahead and get on the list for faster seating. It is located in Historic Biltmore Village near Biltmore Estate.
