Every aspect of this trip was wonderful. Monica was very warm and gracious through the resservation process. We were bringing our dog and the two dog friendly cabins were booked for the weekend we wanted. Monica put us in the Executive cottage which also allows dogs. This is on the same property and is a remodeled one bedroom house with all the amenities you could ask for, including a whirpool tub and a hot tub. Mere steps away from the main house. Great walking area for the dog and she was welcome at the pergola which had an outdoor fireplace. The other guests and staff were very welcoming towards our dog. Breakfast and other amenities were wonderful and you can't beat the location and views. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Asheville.

This stay was better than our honeymoon! First off everything about the inn is lavishly decorated, stunning furnishings and with phenomenal surrounding views of North Carolina and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

From the instant we arrived we felt like we were royal. Even though we had just spent the day hiking through the Blue Ridge and didn't remotely look like we fitted in (exhausted and tired and in hiking clothes) the staff treated us like we were King and Queen and were so kind, welcoming and friendly. The staff really made the stay excellent and their hospitality was first class.

Loved that the option of self parking was available, and loved that there was complimentary high speed internet access in the room; a perk you normally pay a premium for at luxury hotels.

Obviously the rooms were just stunning and everything was gold embossed. What surprised us was that they were spacious. Bathroom was massive with room for a shower and a separate bathtub (normally the shower is over the bath); room in the bedroom for comfortable lounge chairs as well as an office desk.

Fabulous stay, worth every dime.

We booked the entire inn for our wedding and I can honestly say that everything was perfect! We lucked out on the weather as it was 75 and clear that day and around 50 in the evening. The area at the pergola is so beautiful and scenic and they did such a nice job on the grounds. Monica was very helpful in working with us and we were fortunate to find a great photographer, officiant, florist and musicians for the ceremony (she had made some good recommendations). We also held the reception there and the inn provided all the food which was just amazing! John prepared everything to perfection and breakfast each morning was also so delicioius (cookies were awesome as well)! Their staff did a great job setting up everything and we did not encounter one problem. Everything was just so lovely and it really made our wedding perfect in every way. As for the rooms, they were impressive and comfy. The inn is over 100 years old but each room was updated with every modern convenience. We stayed in the 1 BR cottage and it was roomy and nicely decorated. Even were able to bring out dog since the cottages do allow them. Our friends that stayed in the main house were also very pleased their rooms. Overall, I'd say we were 100% satisfied with the accomodations and how our wedding ceremony and reception turned out. We are also planning to spend out anniversary there next year since we were so happy with our stay!

Room Tip: The 1 BR cottage we stayed in was very nice and good sized. Several flat screen TV's, nice full...

My husband and I stayed in the honeymoon cottage the last week in September for our first wedding anniversary. This was our first time in Asheville and first time at a bed and breakfast. We had an amazing time. Even though we did not stay in the main house we had full access to the main house amenities like the DVD collection and the butlers pantry. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We loved the wine and cheese hour. Our first breakfast we even were served mimosas! The view from the pergola was beautiful. They even have a fire pit with a kit to start a fire yourself. The second day our room was cleaned up and we had chocolates on our pillows. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Asheville and would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone.

This was the first vacation we had in a long time and it was wonderful staying at the Biltmore Village Inn. The people were fabulous that were the Inn Keepers and the best brunch we ever had.
We would get back from sight seeing and our room was cleaned and we would sit on the patio and look out at the mountains. They served us wine and cheese and I am sure we will be returning again in December. I really felt at home there and with no stress. Monica the owner was also awesome and sat with us one night and we talked about the town and places to see. If you don't stay at the Biltmore Inn you are missing out. We had the time of our life.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Honeymoon suite with a heart shaped tub. Very quiet.

My husband and I stayed at the Biltmore Village Inn for 3 nights for our 1st anniversary and enjoyed every moment of it. The breakfasts are amazing and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. There are complimentary snacks and wine available for a couple of hours in the evening which is nice to enjoy on the front porch in the rocking chairs! The Inn has so much history and charm and it's super clean. It's also right down the street from the Biltmore Village which has many shops and restaurants to enjoy. Downtown Asheville is also just 5-10 minutes away and the Biltmore Estate is only a few minutes away. A visit to the Biltmore Estate is a must, of course, and you really need to do yourself a favor and get the audio tour. That place is absolutely amazing.

Room Tip: I heard that the rooms upstairs are also great, but we stayed in the Reed Suite which is the only be...

Can't say enough about the quality of the inn--fabulous food, interesting fellow guests, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, luxurious furnishings, and the best Innkeeper, Chef, and staff ever. Walk to The Village for dinner at one of several excellent restaurants.
We can't wait to return!

Room Tip: The Carolina Room is quiet and private, and has the best reception for electronic devices.
