Description: Blue Kudzu Sake Company is the fourth Micro-Sake Brewery in the entire United States. Our mission is producing high quality hand crafted Sake, as well as creating a friendly and comfortable environment where guests can learn about, and explore the fascinating world of Sake. We have a tasting room and restaurant open 6 days a week. We offer brewery tours as well as Sake education classes. Our restaurant serves up fresh made to order Pan Asian Fusion cuisine with an Appalachian twist. We strive to provide healthy and satisfying meals without the use of fryers and oils. We also have many vegan and gluten free options as well, and we use local ingredients whenever possible.

This place is great. The atmosphere is relaxed and everything on the menu that I have tried has been amazing. You have to order the pork dumplings. Their sake list is extensive. I didn't even know I liked sake until I had the flight. I can't wait for them to start brewing their own in the near future.

Thank you so much for such a great review! Our pork dumplings are certainly the fly away favorite and we're so glad you enjoyed them as well as ventured into unknown territory with sake. Sake is such a delightful drink and we are sure to expand our list regularly. We're also looking forward to serving our own sake and hope to have our first bottle release after the new year. Hope we can raise a glass with you again soon!

The sake selection is excellent! Even if you're not a sake fan, they have an extensive wine menu and local beers on tap. The space is great, loved the murals and hanging lanterns. This was also the best pho I have ever had!!

Thank you so much! We're glad that not only the decor but the menu is translating well with Asheville. We know that sake may not be everyone's cup of tea, so we are sure to regularly carry local beers as well as wine. Thank you so much for coming in and we look forward to serving you again soon!

ok like most folks I thought sake was cheap ick served in Japanese steak houses. Whoa was I in for a surprise. The flight is a must do and then take it from there as you will find a type you enjoy. Personally I recommend the plum and a small bite to eat to go along side it.

Thank you! We are so glad you enjoyed your flight and also found a sake you enjoy! We'll be sure to keep the plum sake (ume shu) on the menu as it is very popular and our small plates selection is growing regularly so check back soon for new delicious offerings!

A friend and I went out for a flight of sake and small plates and really enjoyed our experience! The restaurant and bar look amazing, the atmosphere is great for dinner and/or drinks. The service was excellent and they took the time to explain the sake that we were trying. We tried a couple of the small plates and they were delicious even to Asheville's high food standards. We will definitely be back!

Visited for the first time tonight. First off best gyoza I have had in the US! They don't have there own sake yet, but so far I am digging this place. The "small bites" will bring we back regardless.
