“Busy good burger”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

Food was awesome. Both had burgers, mine had an egg on it. I was yummy! Very busy little place for a Monday lunch. Service was just ok.

“By chance”
Reviewed March 16, 2013

By chance we stepped into this delightful restaurant in downtown Asheville. Enjoyed the funky decor with dinner plates mounted on the wall and several antique looking chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The cuisine is Louisana style dishes such as jambalaya and poor boy sandwiches. I had a marinated grilled Portobello on cibata bread with sweet potato fries. My husband had a Mayfel burger that has a spicy sauce and fries. We both agreed both our meals were delicious. I noticed that there were groups of people waiting to get in most of the time we were there. They have outdoor seating and service was good. Family friend as there was a couple with 7 small children in there. They have mixed drinks, beer and wine. Definitely recommend for a good meal.

“Okay”
Reviewed February 27, 2013

We stopped in for lunch on a busy Sunday, short wait, nice service, food was okay. Two in our party had hamburgers, okay, not great. I had a salad which was good. Check it off as tried it.
