This is a highly recommended restaurant near the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. Asheville is a solid food town, so we had high hopes. First we made reservations but had to wait for 45 minutes on a Sunday night when the restaurant was nearly empty. The salads and mezzo were good, but the main dishes lacked imagination, were poorly seasoned (and way over salted) and just plain poor. The dessert (tiramisu) was almost inedible. The service was inattentive. I just cannot understand why this place is recommended by anyone.
