“Perfect Honeymoon Location”

My husband and I had a joyous experience at the Inn at Biltmore. Everything surpassed our expectations, from the minute we walked in the door, until the moment we left the property. We didn't want to ever leave and are planning on when we can get back- as soon as possible!

Room Tip: A balcony room is nice but not necessary. We found ourselves out on the big terrace every night with...

We stayed at the Inn at Biltmore and had a wonderful experience. The room looked out over the beautiful mountains. Service was great. Delicious breakfast every morning. The restaurant was incredible. Certainly look forward to coming back.

The Inn is part of the whole Biltmore complex. The hotel is nice, I would rate 5 star with comfy rooms, great beds, beautiful views ( even the cheaper rooms). We booked a package which included tickets to the Biltmore house and a breakfast which you can take the buffet or room service. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is several miles from the Biltmore house but there is a free shuttle. The Antlrr village is great for kids with a maze, farm, creamery and generally resembles a Disney village. Nice cocktails and tea in the lobby. There is a lot of fog from the mountains in the mornings.

at the Inn on Biltmore Estate. Everyone on staff was very nice, willing to help at all times. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean! High in price I suppose, but I believe it was worth it. We thought the breakfast in the morning (we had the Bed and Breakfast special), which is served in their lovely dining room was excellent. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one night of our stay. I was pleased with everything, but my husband's steak, which he ordered medium, was well done and dry and tough. The steak was the only disappointment in the whole stay there, and they even brought dessert to our room to make up for the steak. It was a fig soufflé and one of the best we've ever had. The estate itself is just exquisite and there is so much to see. We highly recommend a stay at the Inn on Biltmore.

My Aunt and I visited the Biltmore Inn last week. We were both extremely pleased with our room and our terrace offered great views of the grounds. Using the shuttle was a very convenient way to tour the Estate. The staff was both professional and friendly. We had breakfast in the dining room and used room service as well. Both were excellent. Our favorite was the outdoor eating area in the Library.

Room Tip: We loved our terrace room. Well worth the extra cost

We have stayed here several times in all seasons and the property and surrounds area are very well maintained making for a great getaway location. The food from room service and restaurant at the inn was very good each and every time. We normally stay in the William A.V. Cecil Grand Luxury Suite which is very well appointed and provides excellent views. We did have an issue with the gate attendant one evening after dinner as the front desk or valet did not place a parking pass in our car and the gentleman at the gate had us wait twelve minutes in the parking area near the exit visitor center to call and verify if we were registered guests after he would not accept a copy of our hotel reservation, room keys, or the tag on our car keys as proof that we were hotel guest since we did not have the parking pass. After mentioning this to the front desk they remarked that that was too bad and did not even offer an apology or explanation. Other than this and a few billing errors and minor service issues we have had enjoyable stays and we may give the cottage a try the next time we are traveling in the asheville area.

The staff was very professional and helpful. However, it seemed as though they were just forcing conversation and did not seem genuinely interested in my endeavors as this was my first time in the area traveling down the east coast with my wife. That being said, they were still very kind and all of the food was excellent. Clean, inviting, I would go back for sure if I visit NC again.
