I can't say enough positive about the Inn!! They really know how to treat a guest. It is my favorite place in the entire world to visit!!! High Tea sublime. All food in every restaurant excellent. I come here several times a year. Don't miss spa treatment either. Grounds gorgeous and make for a pleasant walk. All rooms comfortable. Staff incomparable. Everyone makes you feel welcome and special.

Room Tip: All are good!!

I was recently at the Inn for a Conference that was for Wedding Professionals. As many of us are wedding planners we are extremely demanding and hard to please. Having said that, this property is top notch! My absolute FAVORITE part of the stay was my massage by Todd in the spa. It was hands down world class. I HIGHLY recommend visiting the spa. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was a mere $20 and was one of the most impressive buffet's I have ever had. The oatmeal was cooked to perfection and the cheese blintzes...to die for!!! FRESH FRESH they take farm to table very seriously there.

The rooms are not overly spacious but definitely sufficient for the amount of time we were in there. I shared a room with another female and with our luggage and other stuff we had no problem. Surprisingly the rooms are not that sound proof, we could hear guests in the hallway just talking and people on both sides of the rooms.
The maids were lovely and pleasant, and the turn down service twice a day is an added touch. The adorable bellmen in their southern accents were right there to assist with a smile. We asked for an additional 20 hangers for the closet and within 10 minutes they were in our hands.

We did not try room service, but we had lunch out on the terrace and what a view!

We then toured the estate which is quite a hike by shuttle from the inn, I guess I thought it would be closer but never the less a lovely ride it is. You MUST go see the estate.

Additionally we visited the Winery and Bernards in the village both nice. We tried to get ice cream on Saturday night after dinner bc we had heard such wonderful things about it and alas it was closed at 9pm on a Saturday? odd..

One thing to note if you do not have a car, like if you take a shuttle from airport. There is nothing easily accessible like fast food etc. Outside the gate (like a mile out) there is a starbucks, mcdonalds, walgreens, etc So in other words don't expect to be able to walk.

I cannot wait to visit again, the views, the staff, the hospitality Everyone who we encountered takes great pride in the history of the Biltmore.

Staying on the Biltmore Estate has been a dream of mine for years, so when my husband revealed he was taking me to the Biltmore for our honeymoon, I was ecstatic! The staff here is friendly, courteous and made us feel very welcome. We were on a first name basis with some of them by the time we left! The rooms were very clean and cozy. We chose to get a room with a balcony and it had a great view of downtown Asheville. Definitely worth the extra.
I would highly recommend the Romantic Getaway package. It included our room, breakfast in The Dining Room and dinner at The Bistro or The Dining Room every day (excluding alcoholic drinks and gratuity), a bottle of sparkling wine delivered to the room, tickets to tour the Biltmore Home with audio included, free valet parking and courtesy shuttle. The Biltmore also surprised us with a box of their chocolate truffles.
We can't wait to visit again!

Stayed 3 days this past week ( our 3rd visit in past 4 years). Things keep getting better each time. The food selections and quality were much improved since last visit. Our room rate included valet parking, shuttle service to the Estate and buffet breakfast each morning. Made reservations on line which did not cover the location of the room. We were given a room overlooking the front entrance ( past 2 visits the room overlooked the mountain views on the otherside of the Inn;much preferred. So if you are looking to visit suggest you call and be sure your room is located on that side of the Inn, as the online reservation does not give you a choice. Our room rate was at the same level as our last 2 visits, so the room location should not have changed.

Room Tip: see above re selecting room location by phone rather than using the Inn online reservation choice.

I can't wait to go back! I love the architecture, layout, gardens and especially the place where weddings happen! Biltmore Estate has it's own forest as a valuable asset. The most important thing about Biltmore is that it is self-sustainable and unique!

What pampering! Every individual on staff was completely professional and made you feel like you were the only person who mattered at that moment. The service was the best we've ever experienced anywhere! There is more to do there than you can do in a couple of days. The rooms were luxurious! The views were breathtaking. Everything was generously appointed. An amazing experience. As we were leaving, my husband said his only regret was that we hadn't reserved a whole week here! We will definitely be returning!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The Inn is spectacular.Great staff, great food and beautiful surroundings. The view of the mountains is inspiring. Antler Village was a pleasant diversion and we particularly enjoyed sitting and listening to the guitarist in the veranda. Cedric's Tavern was also a fun stop to cool off with a cold brew.

Room Tip: Learn all you can about the estate and the Vanderbilt's before you go so you can truly appreciat...
