I love this place. I have been going to N&B at least once a week ever since its opening. My mother is disabled, and she loves going there, too! They make such a fuss over her, and always ask about her when she isn't with me. One of the servers actually makes good-hearted fun of her, mimicking her weaving across the floor in her walker after a margarita! That's how well they know us.
The food is always consistent, although I have to say I tend to order the same things over and over. For a healthier dinner or lunch, I always get the Burrito Light, chocked full of pintos and chicken and then smothered in a tomatillo sauce. It's large enough to make two meals out of ... sometimes three.
The Warm Fajita Salad is excellent (chicken, steak, or shrimp) as are the Fajita Tacos. With the tacos and the burrito, I ask them to substitute a Cesar Salad for the rice and beans, and they never sigh in frustration. In fact, any special request we have had, they comply with a smile.
They have also just added COVERED outdoor seating, and have had live music from time to time on Thursdays. The patio used to be dog friendly, but not sure if it still is since the renovation. Call to be sure before taking your pup(s).
The building itself is odd - a retro silver diner. (Now there's a story for another time.) At any rate, the location is convenient, and the quirkiness of it is actually part of what will make your dining experience, not only tasty, but memorable as well!
