This was a last minute decision to visit the Biltmore Estate, so we had no reservations but this hotel was very close. The desk clerk was very helpful, and offered us a discount for our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable--no complaints about that at all. We did visit the pool/spa, but the spa was way too hot to be enjoyable, but we didn't come for the pool. The complimentary breakfast was hot, but that is about the only good thing I can say about it, otherwise it was just not good.
Asheville hotels can be pricey. Though this is not cheap, the location is perfect. Two minutes from the Biltmore entrance, right across the street from Fridays and walking distance to shopping and to French Broad brewing.
Rooms are very clean and modern, they have an indoor pool and hot tub and staff were very nice.
Room was excellent - comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi was nice after a day of hiking. Polite & helpful staff. Breakfast was crowded but it wasn't a big deal. By the time we finished getting plates, a table had opened up. If it hadn't, we would've just brought our plates back up to our room. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
