We just got home from a 2 night stay at the Baymont. The hotel is in a good location. You could walk to the Biltmore village if you wanted too. You can't walk to the house so don't try that. There isn't hardly enough parking. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk was nice. The hotel seemed clean enough. The elevator takes a long time, which was annoying. When we entered the room it smelled moldy. I had to spray some juniper breeze in the air. The room looked clean.. No spots on the carpet and the sheets were white. The mattress was about 100 years old and we felt like we slept on rocks. It also had this plastic stuff under the sheets that only made matters worse. My sister was in another room and their floor flooded everytime they took a shower but we didn't have that problem.
The breakfast area is tiny but it was pretty good for a free breakfast. This morning my husband asked for more biscuits but the guy who worked the breakfast area said there was no more but 5 minutes later he came in with 3 in a bowl and proceeded to eat them himself? We thought wth?
I'm not sure we'd stay here again because of the mattress and smell.
