Wow. I don't know how tapa creativity gets any better than this. My wife and I selected 4 tapas: octopus salad, skewered lamb with Morrocan spices, and fried eggplants drizzled with honey. Our waiter suggested the eggplants last, and eat Curate's rosemary ice cream with them. All were excellent; the lamb was outstanding! We're glad we took the waiter's suggestions. We're glad we decided to try Curate's.

Easily one of the best tapas places I have been in the US. From the jamon to rosemary ice cream; cheese and squid ink dishes will leave you breathless. Take your time and make sure to make a reservation.

Having recently returned from Spain, Curate seemed like an oasis of small plates exploding with flavor and endless interesting wines. The hits kept coming from classic spanish bonito tuna and tomatoe salad to zippy sliced garlic shrimp-matched with reasonably priced wine by the glass blanco grenache and albarinio. Followed with excellent Paella and a bottle of complex Priorot @$52-a perfect marriage.A full flavored experience enhanced by a warm, informed wait staff, the meal was the most interesting i have had in months!

Easily the best tapas I've had outside of Spain. Enough said. (And, more reasonable than most people say...came out to about $25/pp.)

Curate isa Spanish influenced Tapas restaurant owned by a charming, young, very talented, award winning chef. Many of her creations, and there are plenty, are a unique experience found only here. All ingredients are fresh, most imported, from Spain to capture the true Spanish tastes.
