Delightful time sitting at the bar watching the food preparations and staff working. Three of us shared multiple dishes the we all enjoyed. Hope to go back on our next visit to downtown Asheville.

The restaurant is average on all counts, service, food, and value. I hope a lovely city like Asheville has better to offer....

I sat at the bar and ordered multiple courses of gluten free goodness. Everything was great, and the spinach is some of the best I have ever had. The wine was excellent as was the dessert. My only disappointment was being steered to the ham sample plate, but not being told that they were out of one of the selections. In fact, I was wondering at my plate when I heard it told to another diner. Other than that, the food was great, service attentive, and the chef friendly and approachable.

Best rated place in town... Uhm, i hope ghos really is not the best Asheville has got to offer! The ambiance is too cold, the service not so hot... Too many staff... Food is just average... Granted its very busy, however... Sangria was not all that great... High price tag for what you get... Decor is cute though... Well located too... Nough said

I made reservations(a must!) for Curate as my parents were visiting and they love trying new restaurants in Asheville. We checked in with the host and were immediately seated. Our server was very friendly and helpful by providing a general rule of thumb on the number of tapas to order based on our party's size.

We ordered 6 tapas and they were delivered to our table individually with perfect timing so that we never had a break, but also never had too much food sitting at once as well. We enjoyed the fried eggplant and honey, sautéed spinach, potatoes bravas, Moorish lamb skewers, the salad with tomato and tuna, and the sautéed shrimp and garlic. The price for 3 people was less than $40 for the food. The tapas concept allows you to try numerous and varied dishes all in one meal without costing a fortune.

The service for refills was a bit slow, but this was on a packed fall Friday night. That is really the only complaint.
