This is a charming little spot for an after dinner dessert, or even an after dessert, dessert, or heck skip dinner altogether. They have a broad selection of pastries that you don't normally find. The coffee is very nice.

We stopped here while walking around. We had a simple cup of coffee and it was outstanding. The worker said it is organic and local. Awesome!

This a great place to stop in for dessert as you stroll around downtown Asheville. All the stuff in the bake case looks so appetizing--it makes it so hard to choose! The key lime pie and the cookies were particularly delicious. Too bad we couldn't sample it all. Oh, and bonus--this place stays open late, to 11 or 12 each night.

This mainly takeaway counter has a limited selection of baked goods of good quality but high price. Not recommended as an eatery, but OK for a quick pastry.

Our family stopped by this cozy cafe twice on a recent visit to Asheville. After drinking a lot of bad coffee on our vacation, we were delighted to find a place that made good coffee and had yummy desserts. The biggest problem was selecting what to try and I would have loved a sampler plate of a bite of everything. As it was, we ordered four different things and shared them among ourselves. If I had to say something negative, it was that on our second visit the young lady working the counter was not particularly friendly, although on our first visit the server was great. Both times, we ate outside at one of the two tables, although it is better to look or down the street than at the garage directly across the street. Overall, I would recommend this little jewel.
