Very happy with our choice in this hotel. We were very happy with the level of customer service. Before we even arrived, we were contacted as I had duplicated the reservation. Our request for a quiet room was honored. The hotel itself is very well maintained and clean.

The location is close to the highway - but not too close that you hear any noise. It is easy on-easy off to get to the hotel. Parking is abundant. The breakfast is very good, although the room itself can be a bit crowded. There is nothing the hotel can do about it, it is the way it was built.
I would definitely stay here again!

We booked this room for two nights based on other positive reviews here. Very clean, very comfortable, quiet, and reasonably priced. The hotel was also conveniently located to the Biltmore Estate as well as other parts of Asheville. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. We are already planning our next stay in the Asheville area and will definitely be staying at this Country Inn & Suites.

Hotel No 11 on our 24 day road trip to Florida via NE and Blue Ridge Parkway and the very first in a County Inns & Suites. Very pleasant room, nice and clean, good bedding although there was a constant noise in the room that we could not fathom out where it came from. Breakfast selection was good but staff were not able to keep with the need for replenishing the food, cups, cutlery etc which left quite a few people annoyed. Only seemed to be one person on duty. Good location just off I40, especially for getting to the Great Smokey Mountains and Chimney Rock Park but not good in terms of finding restaurants without having to drive into Asheville. Used local Applebees twice (very good) and could walk to it just down the road. Free Wi fi. Had to query bill as put on long distance phone call when we weren’t even there. Manager took off but didn’t apologize. Would recommend and stay again.

Stayed one night here after leaving Great Smokies to tour Biltmore Estate. Found this hotel on Travelocity at a very good price. Very clean, friendly staff, good hot/cold buffet breakfast included in price. Highly recommend & would stay again.

We stayed here just one night as we were on our way to the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is a very impressive hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Both our room and our bathroom were very spacious. We were even called shortly after we got settled into our room to see if everything was ok. Our beds were great, they were extremely comfortable without being pillow topped which we do not care like. We did have trouble with temperature control. It seemed like the wall thermostat had a mind of it's own. It would not stay where we set it, but we managed. I was very disappointed that such a luxury hotel did not have a comfortable reading chair and lamp in the room. I had to sit in the desk chair, which was not too bad, and pull the desk lamp close to the front of the desk to read. I am not comfortable reading in bed. I realize this is a personal issue that would not affect everyone. We were impressed with breakfast and the fact that they use glasses, china and stainless flatware and not disposable products. Wonderful orange juice and good food. After breakfast we were looking around for a luggage cart and when a staff member asked if he could help us, and we told him what we were looking for, he sent us to our room and told us he would find one and bring it to us, and he did. Now that is great service. In general we were very pleased with this hotel, and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Room Tip: We were on second floor and on back side of hotel away from the street. It was very quiet.

We (2 couples) stayed at this Country Inn on a 2 night visit to the Biltmore mansion . Prior reservations were made a month in advance, check-in was fast and the attendant was very polite and efficient. He informed us of all of the amenities. The location was a quick 10 minute, GPS aided, drive to Biltmore mansion and the Red Stag Grill for dinner. Our rooms were large, clean, quiet and dark for sleep. Breakfast was standard fare.

From our first greeting upon check-in to the wonderful breakfast, everything about this Inn is delightful. The room was quite warm when we entered it, so I immediately went to the a.c. unit. It seemed to be unplugged, not working at all, so I called the desk. They informed me to use the thermostat on the wall (which I had not seen at all). They even called back in a 1/2 hour to make sure we were happy with the room. The desk clerk has printed directions on how to get to the Biltmore Estate for our next day -- a quick 10 minute trip -- as well as maps of the city. Breakfast was delicious, and continually stocked with all we could want. I highly recommend it. Others had said it is a bit tricky to find, but our GPS had it right, up the hill. My husband went out to the gazebo and could see the sunset over the Smoky Mountains.

Room Tip: Look for the sign on the lane where to turn.
