We just spent 4 nights at the hotel, what a great place, so easy to eat within a few steps of the hotel, massage spa was a wonderful experience and the staff is amazing tending to every detail with urgency and no question.

While $250 is on the expensive side, you get what you pay for and service is what you get. Asheville is a Great city to spend a day or a week.

Room Tip: Breakfast is awesome but at $250 you would think they could include it as part of the stay, that wou...

I had booked our stay through Hilton Honors, they only had a double room so I requested a King Jr Suite if one became available. It did become available and I honestly think they gave us the best room in the place with views of the mountains and river. The manager even sent us an e-mail prior to our arrival letting us know we did get the upgrade and letting us know to contact us if we needed anything. The suite was large and very clean. We also had turn down service nightly. Fresh bottled water daily as well, the plaza it is located in is very nice as well, we took in a movie on the last rainy day and had pizza at the near by Brixx restaurant which was awesome. We had the bed and breakfast package which included a buffet in Roux restaurant daily very good food with a lot of local fair. The only snag was the Direct TV was out for a day and 1/2 upon our arrival due to a power surge. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Asheville. Very nice staff.

The Asheville Hilton at Biltmore Park is set amidst the town square section of Biltmore Park, just off I-26, a short drive south of Asheville. The hotel is just a stroll from restaurants, shopping - even a movie theatre. We arrived early on a pleasant Friday evening, with streets and sidewalks teeming with people, which created an initial problem with parking - the hotel has covered parking connected with the lobby, but on a busy night, it may be tough to find a good spot, as the limited hotel parking can fill quickly - come later in the evening and you may be out of luck (esp. on weekends). Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was friendly and professional. Our room request was flawlessly met - we enjoyed a room with balcony that overlooked the town square. Our only dining experience at the hotel was the breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant, "Roux". As of this writing, the buffet costs $13.95 pp (HHonors members who redeem points for a room may have their breakfast included). The buffet was adequately varied, with all the basics of hot and cold selections, and included eggs cooked to order and omlettes. All in all, a wonderful stay, and we won't hesitate returning there in the future.

Room Tip: We requested a higher floor room away from elevators, and the staff was great in accomodating us - a...

Nice hotel. Close to Biltmore and surrounding shops. Short drive to downtown Asheville and the awesome restaurants it has to offer. Parking was good and convenient. The staff was eager to give recommendations and always had a smile! Will definitely stay again!

My favorite place to stay when I need to get away. It is so awesome when traveling alone or with the family. The King Jr Suite is the only way to roll! I stay at this hotel when I am in Asheville on business twice a year and also when I need to get the family out of town for a long weekend. It works perfectly for our needs. The staff are always excellent to welcome and assist with a pleasant stay.

Stayed here after our wedding, as we wanted to be close by, and withing walking distance of good food, fun activities, and interesting shops.
As far as the staff goes, I cannot say anything bad about them, from the bellman/valet when we arrived, to the wonderful front desk staff, and the chefs and staff at the restaurant Roux, the were all very nice, and very helpful.
We had a minor snag in the room, as one of the window shades was non functional, but we contacted maintenance, and this was patched to our satisfaction. I do hope that they get this permanently fixed however.
The hotel was very clean, and the facilities are top notch. We had a room that did look over the interstate, but there was no noise, and actually is such a beautiful view down the river, that the interstate was easy to ignore.
I recommend it for anyone coming to Asheville, unless you specifically want to be in the downtown area.
Valet parking is quite reasonable priced, and my vehicle was returned in the same condition that we had left it in.
The hotel can use a few minor cosmetic upgrades (The exterior name sign is sun faded) but this is true of most hotels. We had a wonderful experience, and would recommend it to anyone, and hope to stay at this hotel again in the near future.

Room Tip: The king size whirlpool suites are big multiple room units on the buildings corner. Very comfortable...

Very nice, newer hotel in good location. Disappointed that the shower was not in working order, and we did not discover this until the next a.m., after sleeping in. When I spoke with the front desk they did not apologize or offer compensation...maybe if we had noticed this sooner it could have been repaired, but frustrated that we payed the highest rate ever for a Hilton and did not get to shower. Maybe at least offering extra points for being a diamond member would have been nice.....or at the very least an "I am soooo sorry for your inconvenience". I must also add that this hotel advertises that they have very comfortable beds......can't remember the actual name of the mattress, but the bed was less than average at best.
