“The best Hotel I have ever stayed in”
Reviewed January 16, 2014

This Hilton Hotel was the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was great, and I mean all of the staff. The food was outstanding. The room was the best, and I had the best night sleep staying there. My wife and I stayed for three days and night. It was a business trip for my wife, it was a great stay.

We stayed at the hotel for the third time and confirmed our earlier conclusion: the hotel is everything we looked for and its staff is considerate and helpful.

If you like a quite place, with a wonderful indoor pool and work-out room, this is the hotel for you.

And if you care about ecology, then consider the clear and unmistakable policy that encourages re-cycling.

Also consider the amazingly done breakfast offerings that highlight locally produced products prepared perfectly.

One final observation: the location is in a neat area with some very nice shops and restaurants.

A most positive experience and highly recommended for visitors to the area.

We stayed at this hotel due to a flight delay. The hotel was perfect, staff very helpful and we loved the location at Biltmore Village. We walked to a wonderful restaurant and there was great shopping also within walking distance. We will definitely stay here when we visit this summer.

clean, modern hotel, excellent customer service, fantastic restaurant. Hotel is located within a lofted modern shopping / dining location, much better staying here than down town. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again!

This is a new, stylish hotel with a great price. Has a spa, restaurant and bar. Great friendly service. Lots of restaurants and retail shops within walking distance. The restaurant even made us cookies and milk after they were already closed.

After staying all over Asheville, this one is an easy spot to hit again and again. The location is truly unbeatable, and the rooms, while simple, are clean and updated. The staff is always attentive and helpful. Can't go wrong here!

We picked this property based on a location. Biltmore Park is not to be confused with Biltmore Village which is closer to the Biltmore Estate. The "Park" is an upscale urban development with nice shops, restaurants, large movie complex, apartments and a Hilton Hotel. It is right off I-26 east of Asheville and close to the AVL airport. For an overnight stay between our summer and winter homes it was a great spot to spend the night.

Most of the other reviewers have hit the high and low points of the hotel. We found it up to Hilton standards with the exception of the check-in experience. We arrived at 11:00 AM and knew that we may have a wait for a room. That was not the case. We were greeted, swiped and sent to our sixth floor room that met the reservation specifications for what I paid. And that was the point of contention. Hilton has a standby upgrade program that you can request for most of their properties. You agree to pay a small up charge , in our case $19 to move up to a King Junior Suite. I would expect the receptionist to look at the reservation closely and if the upgrade was not available to inform the guest. This did not happen. She seemed to be in a hurry to move on to her next obligation and get us to our room. We were the only customers at reception at the time. I would say she seemed bored with the whole event. That is unfortunate.

Breakfast was great as was the rest of our stay. A little more Hilton training at the front desk in our case would be warranted.
