We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park. The hotel was extremely clean with nice furnishings. The staff was very helpful and courteous, and responded immediately to any request. The housekeeping staff was on point every day, and they even organized my messy toiletries! The hotel was in the perfect location for all the activities we planned during our trip, and we enjoyed the convenience of restaurants, shops, and movie theater within the town square. The hotel was a great value and we would definitely stay with the Hilton again.

Good hotel with good access to Biltmore. It is a mixed use relatively new community. Walking access to shops, movie theatre and restaurants. We were very pleased with our evening meal with friends in the hotel restaurant Roux. Although there were few in the restaurant, the guests and others were clearly were missing a very nice meal. The friendly bar tender was very nice in the bar and we all felt very much at home. The rooms were nice and the bed exceptional. We saw that the hotel was dog friendly and we had a nice chat with a fellow about how nice it was at the hotel for his dog. I definitely would go back if I was in the area again.

When we pulled up to the area of the hotel, I was concerned that we weren't in downtown Asheville (I knew that we wouldn't be ahead of time, but it really hit when we got off the highway on the outskirts of town and the hotel was looming in more of an industrial park area than in a downtown area). But the location turned out to be very good. It's in a mixed-use area, that includes apartments/condos, a movie theater, shopping and dining. There are some good restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk. We ate lunch at Brixx (good pizza for the kids), dinner at The Tavern, and went to Cold Stone Creamery twice! We went white water rafting on our trip and it was great that the highway was convenient.
The hotel is itself is good. The rooms were clean, not large, and we enjoyed using the indoor pool. The staff was helpful, but I knew more about getting tickets to The Biltmore than they did (for example, they said I'd have to pay for kids, but I knew I didn't). They gave us information about places to hike, but we ended up getting information about a good hike after rafting so didn't use their tips. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I'm not sure how the food is.

My wife and I (as well as our 3 dogs) stayed at this hotel in July 2013. The hotel is very dog friendly - the front desk personnel and bell hop always greeted our dogs cordially. Our room (a suite) was nicely appointed (2 bathrooms and a separate living area with a large shower but no bath) and was very clean. Room service was very prompt and the food was good. The major disadvantage of the hotel was the uncomfortably soft beds. We asked for a bedboard but, surprisingly, the hotel did not have one. The area around the hotel was very nice, with several outdoor cafes and small stores (e.g. REI).

Room Tip: Ask for a bed with a firmer/newer mattress

This is a smaller version of Hiltons I have stayed at. The rooms are large and clean, the staff is friendly and there is a nice spa, exercise room, indoor pool and hot tub. I was there for a convention and the meeting and ballrooms were smaller scale like the hotel. The beds and copious pillows made for great sleeping, though you could hear traffic noise on our side since we overlooked Interstate 26. We had a great view of the French Broad River across the interstate. It is located in a Town Center type development that has retail on the first floor and offices and residences above the stores. So, there were a half dozen or more good restaurants, street parking and the hotel shared the center's parking decks. The only downside was that it is 8 miles from downtown Asheville, so you have to drive into town to get the Asheville experience.

Room Tip: Rooms with a river view come with the noise from the Interstate

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and were pleased with our experience. The entire hotel was very clean, smelled nice, and provided everything we were looking for! The bed was very comfortable and provided a rare good night's rest at a hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! All foods were fresh, my husband's eggs were cooked to order, the wait staff was superb, and they use many locally grown foods. We enjoyed a movie, shopping, and great dining - all within walking distance of the hotel. We highly recommend the Biltmore Park Hilton!

Room Tip: We stayed on the 6th floor - quiet with a great view!

I have stayed here several times, usually with family. The Hilton in Biltmore Park is a very good alternative (spacious suites) to staying in downtown Asheville and less expensive than the Inn on Biltmore Estate.

Pros:

** Large, comfortable suites, especially the Whirlpool Suites: large living room with a queen sofa, 1/2 bath in living area, wet bar with mini refrigerator, bedroom with a full closet & robes, an enormous bathroom with separate shower and oversized infinity whirlpool tub (tub is larger than most bathrooms).

** Nice restaurant (Roux) on site - Breakfast was delicious and could be either made to order or buffet style

** Spa on-site

** location in Biltmore Park with many restaurants (PF Changs), Barnes & Noble, Regal Stadium Theatre, REI, and other shops are all within a very easy walking distance

*** quieter and more spacious than the Aloft in downtown Asheville

*** free parking!!!

Cons: not downtown Asheville...but it's a short 10 minute drive on I-26 or surface streets to downtown & even closer to Biltmore Estate.

Room Tip: Whirlpool suite in in front corner of building with river view, but highway noise. Junior suites ar...
