We had visited the Red Stag a couple of years ago and it was on our "Must Do" list for this visit. Having lived in Germany the atmosphere is a definite draw, as is the menu. Our server Sarah was attentive and personable, and the meals were again outstanding. Meals are prepared and served with attention to presentation you expect from a fine restaurant. The Elk Tenderloin was excellent, as was the Rack of Lamb. The wine selection was wide enough to meet most tastes. Located just outside the Biltmore entrance the Restaurant is easy to find.
