I can't say enough good things about this company. A good escape room gives you challenging puzzles within a reasonable time limit. This company accomplishes both. The room was beautifully and professionally designed with a perfect mix of technology and good old fashioned puzzles! I felt as though the pacing of puzzles was perfect for the amount of time.
The owners were incredibly kind and hospitable! Their entire family is involved in the presentation and greeted us when we arrived. They are invested in the community and donate to causes they are passionate about, which we loved. We had a blast and will definitely be back each time they change up the rooms. Check them out for a fun, interactive hour!!

Kelsey, we design each room with what I can only describe as an "organic-feel". We want people to walk into our rooms as though they are stepping on to a movie set. Because of this, we don't have gawdy-bolts holding things down, or an abundance of easily-spotted locks. Items move around the room the way they would in a regular house. Our puzzles are incorporated in the most natural way, cause let's face it-- if the storyline doesn't allow for heaps of high-tech locking mechanisms, then the room shouldn't have them. It's such a compliment to us that you valued our intentional design factors, and that you recognized our role in the community. Your group was generous with smiles and my wife and I talked about how great you all were. We hope to host you again sometime soon!

We did both rooms, the Super Secret and the DaVinci Diamond. Both rooms were well thought out, well executed, and entirely unique from one another.
The owners are friendly and super encouraging, not to mention immensely passionate about their work.
I'm 100% looking forward to what they come up with next!
TL;DR: Great place that's great at what it does!

Our Meetup group scheduled to have a private room. The price was very reasonable. We did the Davinci Diamond room and had a BLAST. The puzzles and clues inside were challenging but not unobtainable to solve. We had such a great time working together to get out before the bomb went off!

We've been looking for a family-friendly escape room to do with our son (10), who absolutely loves logic puzzles. Most of the offerings around town are a bit intense for kids, so it's been difficult. Luckily, Fox-N-Otter opened and is perfect! The facility itself is nice: comfortable, newly constructed rooms with everything in good shape. The family that runs F-N-O just couldn't be nicer, more enthusiastic, or more helpful (we were lucky enough to schedule time on the weekend, when their charming daughters were on hand); they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The overall challenge in the escape room was very well thought out, with some nicely hidden elements, some clever visual associations, and individual puzzles that transition nicely from one to the next. The puzzles are certainly doable for kids (there's no high-level math or trivia involved), but they require enough thought and logical application that they're not the least bit obvious - or easy - for adults. It really is an excellent family activity. If you like escape rooms and want one that you can do as a family, or that your kids can do on their own, Fox-N-Otter is for you.
