We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts and dinner here. The breakfast buffet is large and diverse. my favorites being the cheese blintz and made-to-order omelets. The omelets were not overcooked, as in many buffets. The restaurant is lovely by dimmed lighting and the glow from the fireside. This was definitely a fine dinner.

My wife and I had dinner at the Biltmore Dining Room while on our "mini-moon" last week. We have been fortunate enough to dine at several highly-rated steakhouses and restaurants during our travels domestically and abroad over the past few years. The quality of the food, service, atmosphere, presentation, and attention to detail were second to none! We had toured the winery earlier in the day so of course we began our evening with a bottle of our favorite Biltmore Estate wine. We opted for dessert versus an appetizer and yet our server brought out an impressive basket of breads that were truly amazing. A few minutes later we were surprised by a chef's special treat of coriander soup that was very tasty. My wife had the filet with Yukon gold potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. She doesn't like Brussels sprouts and yet she loved the way these were prepared. I chose the pork tenderloin cooked to chef's recommendation. Both servings of meat were cooked to perfection and could be cut with a butter knife. Every bite was savoured. We finished our meal with a delightful ending of honey and fig soufflé with walnut ice cream. Another stretch from the usual chocolate desserts my wife chooses and she was actually somewhat concerned about trying this one because she hates walnuts! Much to her surprise this combination of flavors was an intense palate pleaser from the first bite to the last spoonful of walnut ice cream! I cannot say enough praises for the attentive staff and pleasant demeanor of every person we interacted with during our evening at The Inn at Biltmore Estate, with an extra special thank you to our server Michael. Thank you for a delightfully delicious experience!

I loved the filet mignon served at dinner. It melted in my mouth. The Yukon potatoes and roasted Brussel sprouts were delicious also. Can't wait to go back!

Our latest visit to the Inn was as spectacular as always. The setting is magnificent and the service and accommodations are wonderful. An easy way to become familiar with the facilities, events, and services, available is to request assistance from the concierge... they are very helpful and friendly.

(2) nights in a beautiful room facing the mountains. This place lives up to it's 4 star rating and exceeds it without being over the top. This is one of the most beautiful locations that this country has to offer. The area, property and views are amazing. Thank you to the great staff and management and the current Vanderbilt family for the great job that they do to make the experience a good one and for sharing this location.
