This is an adorable, very nicely refurbished cabin/cottage set back off dead-end street. Very private except for turkey families that come for a morning stroll and cows visiting in the pasture across the way. It is clean, well furnished and cute as can be. It is about 15 minutes from downtown and Grove Park Inn. Biltmore is even closer. The only amenity it is missing is cable TV. They do have local channels, Amazon and Net Flicks so plenty of entertainment. It is pet friendly which is hard to find. Kitchen is well stocked. Overall I give this cabin/cottage an A+ and would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

My husband and I moved our daughter in to UNC Asheville last weekend and were trying to find an inexpensive, yet nice, place to stay with our labradoodle. When we drove up to the house, we were a little uncertain at first until we got closer and opened the front door. What an adorable cottage!!! We will definitely go back at some point...and so will several of our friends after seeing the pictures. We would like to thank the owner, Jody, for providing such a comfortable and cozy place to stay. This little cottage was a perfect fit!
