The Biltmore is really something to see!!!! It is crazy that someone would want to build something sooooo big even if they do have lots of money....

Your first impression is how did the do this in 1895? The home is beyond belief not only for then, but forever. The candlelight tour is a little crowded and not guided, which I would have expected for the large expense, the audio tour was better, but there is so much information left out.
Antler village is worth the extra drive on the huge estate, stop and have wine ( pay a few dollars and skip the free tasting line) . There are restaurants on the estate, we didn't have time , but the Stable Cafe looked great.

Enjoyed our Christmas Candlelight Tour of the Biltmore House. Although it's pricey, we enjoy coming every few years. The Biltmore always impresses. I think we'll try the audio tour next time.

We've been here many times and are now passholders! The only thing I wish would change is their photography policy (you're not allowed to take photos inside the house). Great staff, not too expensive souvenirs. Tickets can be pricey but if you book in advance or find deals they're affordable!
