“Watch them work”
Reviewed September 6, 2013

Yes, the studios are a bit spread out but it's worth the hassle. It's incredible being able to walk into someone's studio, see them work, hear their life story, then purchase magnificent works of art. Make the time to go especially if you love pottery.

“Galleries Galore”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

Working artist studios to view work in progress and purchase art of many different type: jewelry, pottery, glass, fibre, paintings. Neat old buildings getting a second life. There are restaurants and breweries and food trucks and even a do-it-yourself dog wash.

“Funky and fun.”

The shops are all so interesting - artsy stuff from all over. Nearby restaurants are fun and funky, too.

“Art, Art and more Art”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

We spent the day walking from one art place to another. Wonderful artist in the area. We especially enjoyed Jonas Gerard studio, all of his work is so special. We loved it so much we brought 4 pieces of his art home. Cant wait to go back and acquire more of his work. Go check it out!

All kinds of art showcased. there really is something for anyone who even remotely likes art. many artist are working and love explain what and how they are doing. My Girl Scouts got the opportunity to ask thoughtful questions and see 1st hand some interesting art forms. spend a few hours here in this district and you may just come away with something new for your home.
