We're getting better service than we paid for. With the exception of one younger gentleman who seems to always answer the phone in the afternoon everyone has been excellent. The room was clean and spacious. If it a DVR I would move in.

Woman at front desk didn't read my request and put me next to elevator. When I returned to front desk she said that all kings were next to elevator. I told her to give me a queen. Wjen I got to room, ot was a king not next to elevator. Wasn, impressed

Room smelled musty. Dated decor.

We found this Holiday Inn Express met expectations. There was nothing really outstanding about it and nothing to complain about. The room was clean but toiletries were skimpy, the indoor hot tub was good but you had to walk by the front area to get there. Breakfast was good as most Holiday Inn Express". Front desk staff checked us in but weren't especially friendly and not unfriendly. I did ask to have my membership number added but they said they couldn't look it up. All in all this one met expectations.

Orange carpet, green bathroom walls, "granite" bathroom countertop, dated furniture.......this room is screaming for updates. The bed was very comfortable, the TV sound wasn't clear but just OK, there was a small frig in the room, and there were guests coming and going letting their doors slam instead of closing them quietly. We were on the 3rd floor near the elevator. Other than that, it was a very good night's sleep. We arrived just after 3:30 and heard staff saying they were almost sold out. The Continental Breakfast was excellent. Eggs and sausage patties ran out quickly, but we focused on more healthier selections like fruit, raisin bran, yogurt, muffins, a peeled boiled egg, and good coffee. A good experience.

Room Tip: Didn't like door slamming.
