This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and efficient. The staff was knowledgeable and able to provide directions to local attractions and recommendations for restaraunts were spot on.

Excellent Hampton Inn-well managed and good breakfast w fresh fruit! staff congenial and other guests very approachable and interactive. close to town and a touch of luxury at hotel mid-range prices. The GM has been here for a long time and has a personal commitment to ensure excellence. Hilton has had a long standing commitment to honoring excellence as it was the original highest quality branded hotel-a big fav for business travelors

My husband and I spent three nights here while visiting family. Shortly after we got into our room, we called the front desk to request more towels as well as a second luggage bench for the room - both requests were fulfilled very promptly (and the guy who brought the luggage bench apologized for the delay - about 15 minutes - because he had to get it out of storage). So we were impressed by the responsive service.
Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our second floor room overlooked the pool/hot tub, so although we did hear some noise from that area, the pool closed at 10 p.m. so it wasn't a big problem. The free wifi in the room worked very well.
Hampton Inn serves a nice breakfast as an amenity, and there was a good variety of items from which to choose - nothing fancy, but a slight cut above some other hotel breakfasts we've had in the past. We also appreciated the little "to go" bag available at the front desk at checkout the morning we departed, packed for folks who don't have time for a regular breakfast - this contained a muffin, cereal bar, apple, and bottled water.
In all, we were quite pleased with our stay, and would stay here again.

We had never stayed at a Hampton Inn before, but we were very, very pleased we finally did! The room was spacious and clean, the Internet connection was fast, and the shower was HOT (we had been out camping and were pretty dirty!). The included breakfast exceeded our expectations. As we traveled around Asheville for several days, we appreciated the proximity of the hotel to the Blue Ridge Parkway, area movie theaters, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We came to Asheville to tour the Biltmore Estate.This Hampton Inn was a package deal associated with the Biltmore. The package included our stay here along with tickets to the Biltmore,Antler Hill Village,and the Winery for our entire stay.(We purchased additional tickets for the Legacy Land Tour),2 audio tours and a $50.00 meal voucher at Antler Hill Village.We were more than satisfied with the whole trip.The Inn was great.Comfortable bed,clean room,excellent staff,great breakfast and plenty of it.We look forward to coming to Asheville again in the Future and we will stay here again.P.S. The whirlpool in the pool room was heavenly after a long day of walking.
