I stayed here for a week, the staff is very good & cooperative. They serve very nice brkfst with good variety. This is a good place to stay if are coming for CVS or any nearby business purpose. Best thing is there is a 24 hour restaurant on property grounds, you can always have something to eat

Room Tip: if you are scared of ghosts, dont go for the north side window room, they have a cemetery on the other side of road :)

We stayed there for one night on our way from JFK airport via Wrentham Outlet village to Boston. We arrive quite late, but no problems at checkin. Room was very spacey and clean. Parking was free as well. Breakfast in the morning was ok. I still don't understand why it is necessary to provide plastic plates, cups and cutlery. What a waste of ressources. Anyway, the stay was good, nothing to complain.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. They are always very helpful with local information and special requests. The front desk people were nice and attentive. The Patriot Diner behind the property is always good and often full.

Room Tip: I usually like to request a room on a higher floor. I also ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel.

We had requested a quiet room, but were next to the ice making machine which was not a good start it has to be said. Despite the hotel appearing to be half empty we were told it was not possible to move us to a comparable room. The next day however a different member of staff managed to get our room changed and this room was totally acceptable. Breakfast was not what we expect from hotels carrying this label and the orange juice was not drinkable. No bar, no proper restaurant. Would not recommend.

Room Tip: Just ask not to be next to a ice machine!

This hotel really does not do anything very well, except the people were nice and attentive. Clearly they care, but management does not, or does not have the tools to keep up with the Holiday Inn name. The air conditioners need to be replaced as they are loud and unacceptable. The sink did not drain, but the room was relatively clean.

The orange juice was watered down so much it was not bearable.

I believe this hotel will not be a Holiday Inn Express within 24 months - it just is not acceptable of the name.
