My husband and I stopped here looking for a Cuban sandwich...it had that and more, something for everyone! A must try is the Pork sandwich (pan lechon)! The food was outstanding, worth the drive if you are in the area. Low key, no frills kind of place, in door and outdoor seating.

So convenient to have a really good Cuban Restaurant that's open 24/7. Food and service never disappoints and we've been there at least 20 times in the last 5 years, since we moved to the Redlands.

I have visited Mario's frequently over the past few months and on every occasion, the result was the same. Friendly service and great food. The portions are huge and you must try the Chicken Churrasco, world class. Breakfast is also good, great value for your money...

We wanted to try something different, so we went to Mario's. It's not much to look at from the outside; it has a walk-up window. But inside it's comfortable and the food was good. I can't say if it's good Cuban food because I wouldn't know, but it was different and tasty. But they had a hamburger and other samdwiches for those less adventurous (like my 13 year old).

We have Mario's delivered once every few weeks and we have always had great luck with certain dishes. We love the Vaca Frita and their grilled chicken (pollo pechuga) with rice and beans. It's pretty good, nothing really over the top. The restaurant can get super crowded and service suffers but if you're not in a hurry, you won't mind. One thing in their favor - the portions are generous and it's always hot and fresh. That is why we keep ordering from here, over and over again. The walk up window is a hang out for locals.
