“Saw some gators”
Reviewed February 16, 2014 via mobile

Stopped in just in time for show. It was ok, silly little scare gags & facts that most ppl probably already know. The staff was all nice. Big Al was quite impressive. Not bad, kids will like it.

“Awesome stop, well worth the money”
Reviewed January 7, 2014

Stopped in with family and small kids, we all had a great time, even the wife who is afraid of snakes held one, the young man working their taught us a lot about the reptiles and I was able to hold a 4 foot long alligator and the kids got to hold baby gators, memories and pictures for a lifetime.

“If you want to see live alligators.”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

This is a good place to go if you want to see live alligators. As far as the restaurant, that's another story. The place is family run buy a bunch of teenagers and it seems like no one in the family want's to do anything except supervise the hired help. When we went to eat the salad bar was in need of servicing and you were on your own as far as drink refills. The one waitress that wasn't part of the "Family" was being worked to death and others were just standing around badmouthing her.

“Gator fun”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

Nice facility with an excellent balance of fun and education for both children and adults. Not exploitive of the animals, who appear to be well-kept and happy.

“We loved it!”
Reviewed September 26, 2013

My husband & I went to Gator Country on 9/23/13 and it was awesome! We enjoyed the tour of all the reptiles, held baby gators, and saw Big Al! Very friendly staff & lots of information on all their animals. If you are in the Beaumont, TX area.... GO TO GATOR COUNTRY!
