I eat at Hot Rocks at least once a week. I usually order the ala carte bean or steak burrito with green chile. Once in a great while, I'll order an enchilada too. All of the burritos and enchiladas are very good, and they have some of the best green chile in the area. Tip: it is best to get there before noon to beat the crowd and get a table. The service is typically good, but varies with their relatively high employee turnover rate.
