Very small small place . Waiting room are a jock the price to high for boiled water and tea .
The hallway so smal and the treatment room in the middle of the nail place do you get up and walk throw all the people getting there nail done
Nothing special about it , it does feel
Just like the nail place in any mall .
Don't throw your money a way . It's really feel like that .

“Please redo these facilities!!!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 29, 2012

The massages here are wonderful, but the rest needs work. The front desk is rude, there are not private changing rooms, and the "lounge" is way too small. It feels strange to wait for your massage in a room that is the size of a broom closet packed (and I mean packed) with people in bathrobes. It's a big place, and it's the Ritz Carlton. I would expect something a bit more comfortable. But again, the massages are wonderful.

“Ok so I got a massage, facial and...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2010

Ok so I got a massage, facial and pedicure that were fine but not special. The pool and whirlpool were closed. I also got a "lunch in a box" so a picnic really that ate not at a table but at the side of the pool I was not able to use. The relaxation room had some magazines but otherwise was not a lot better than a doctor's waiting room. No wow factor. And that cost a cool $350! To cap it all it was suggested I might want to leave a 20% tip!
